CPU Decision Celly Centrino M 1.4@1.86 vs Celly D 2.13@3.2

I have a P4P800 SE in my 2nd computer right now. I'm trying to decide between getting an ASUS CT-479 vs a Celeron D 2.13 533 that should easily o/c to 3.2ghz. Both are about $50. I have a Celeron M 1.4, that I can overclock to 1.86. Which would be the best deal? This computer would mostly be used for web surfing and occasional photoshop/light gaming.

I would go with the celeron-m as well, the dothan based one still has a 1mb cache, and the main differance between the Pentium-M and the Celeron-M is the power saving features that you wouldn't be using anyway.
