cpu core voltage

I have a tbird 800 and abit kt7. When i go to softmenu, and check the setting, it says that the core is set at default voltage, and has 1.7 listed. But in the cpu health section, and in mbm 5 when i boot up, it says 1.76. What is the default, and why could this be happening? i have a non-athlon approved 250w ps, which i am replacing, if this helps.

Well, my A7V does the same thing. Asus Probe reports a VCore of 0.06V higher than what i set in the bios. I think Abit did the same thing. It may be a bug. Else it could be that they intentionally did that to make their boards seem more stable.
