CPU cooling...which is best and comparison

As you can see in my signature for my CPU and OC setting....my recent bios update did a simple overclock to my CPU (i just hit 3 keys and it did the rest instead of a manual, and tedius overclock). I have a volcano 10 on this now with arctic silver 5 i am looking at the TT SilentTower and the TT Volcano 12...which is better for the $ and which is better without money being an issue. my current temps (idle) is from 113F-120F my temps on load 120F-123F. this computer is an antec case (the side window and front door and plastic grill etc...) i have the 2 fans in back and 2 fans in front the 2 fans in the front are sucking tha air in and the ones in back are blowing it out...i also have a fan under my video card that is a "slot fan" that has a port on the top part near the video card that looks like a turbine like fan. that also is blowing out the back. there is also a fan under the PS that is sucking up into the PS and the fan on the back blows out (from the PS)..is there a better fan configuration that i can do that will maximize air flow through this case that i am overlooking?

one other thing. i just recently bought this video card and have noticed to the touch the card is quite warm if not "hot" it has the stock heatsink and fan plus the "slot fan" i have no way of knowing the temperature and would like to know if there is any way to finding out my core temp. and ram temp. and when hot is too hot. it is the built by ati version.
