CPU cooling software

I just bought a duron 750. I plan on overclocking. Is a CPU cooling software like RAIN recommended, and if so, which software will be compatible? Thank you.
 
NONE! The cooling software in the asus a7v probe utility causes it to go up. I turned the cooling off on mine and the temp dropped almost 10 degrees C. It now runs between 38-44C most of the time.
