CPU cooling question

After playing around with my complete computer build, I have decided to finally overclock my 3200 from its stock 2.0ghz to about 2.4ghz. I have come to a hard choice, between the Zalman 9500 and the Thermaltake Big Typhoon CL-P0114. Out of experience, which keeps things cooler? Also, not that this is that big of a deal, but which would be quieter? Thanks in advance.
 
SI-120, Ninja, TT BT,
Their all in the same ballpark.

You'll be happy with any of them, but my personal recommendation would be either the SI-120 or the TT BT.
