CPU Cooling for i7-950

I'm building a new system and want to plan for some overclocking, probably not more than 4 GHz. Do I need to spring for one of these Megahalems coolers that seems to be popular or get something else? There are so many, I just feel it is very easy to get an inadequate one. Thanks.
 
if you are cheap a cooler master 212+ is a good option

if you have cash one of the bigger coolers like the megahalems, TRUE, Silver arrow or noctura NH-D14 are among the best you can get and will take your CPU to 4Ghz+ if the CPU can do it.
