Pentium 3.2Ghz cpu (mPGA478b) (478pin)
Abit IS7 mobo

I bought a salman northbridge cooler because the stock IS7 northbridge fan was louder than anyone could stand (the new salman northbridge cooler has no fan, just a big heatsink with lots of large fins) and now I want to get something to replace the CPU's cooler to make the whole system even quieter.

Anyone have some good suggestions for me?

Right now it has this Gigabyte liquid cooling system that my friend gave me and I thought it would be quiet, but it's not that quiet (although it keeps the CPU cool no matter what I do with it). I don't really see much advantage to OCing this CPU though (from 3.2 to about 3.6 there isn't much difference in performance, so why bother?) Therefore I want to scrap this liquid cooling setup (because it looks ridiculous and there is no room to work inside the case and there are tubes everywhere).

So what is a good, very quiet, fairly cheap replacement for this setup?

Try the AC Freezer 7 (non-pro). Parents' 3.0 GHz Pentium 4 Northwood has one of those on it to replace the stock Intel cooler and it's very quiet with a fan controller on. Temps are decent (45-50C during normal use)...so not too bad for a 130nm chip.
