CPU Cooler Question

I am putting together an ASUS A7V333 system. One of the blades on my CPU cooler broke off because a loose power supply end got caught in it. It now makes a noise and does vibrate a little. Can I leave it as is or will the vibration eventually do damage to the mobo integrity??
 
Wow. You know depending on the fan you can usually just replace those for around $10. Or is the fan somehow permanently attached to the heatsink?
