CPU cooler program for laptop's Intel P900?

i have this program called "rain" that i use for my desktop PC.
is there a parallel version for laptop CPUs such as my Intel P-III-900? or would "rain" work as well for the notebook?

Rain will work exactly the same for a mobile processor. You also have the use of the SpeedStep feature, which will reduce the speed (and therefore heat) of the processor as well.
