CPU Cooler for S939

Hi,

I'm building a 2nd Socket 939 based computer.
I want a copper base CPU cooler, not very expensive (like the XP-90 /w panaflow fan that cost me together back then I think close to 60$), about 30$ +-.
I looked at the Zalman CNPS7000B-AlCu, it says it fits S939 with a: *Compatible when not using ZM80(A/C/D)-HP together!

What does this mean? how can I use it then?

Any other suggestions?

I believe they are saying to not use it in combination with their video card coolers...
