cpu cooler for fx-53

whats the best cpu cooler around that would work for an fx-53 loaded with 2 ghz of ram (512x4)

if you're not overclocking, the fan that comes with the retail version should be fine.

I dont want it to fry no matter what because my pockets will be empty for quite some timenow so any recommendations..

I was also wondering if it is easy to insert a cpu into a mobo without fuss becuase I have never done thisbefore... is there anything other then whats included with them I need to get it in sucessfully and running optimally

in that case, i've heard good things about the Zalman AlCu.

EDIT: try searching around the GH forum, i dont have a whole lot of expertise in this area, and i generally go off of what other people say.

If you are looking at overclocking..This is one the best on the market IMO. Thermalright SLK 948U , with 92mm Vantec stealth or Panaflo.
