CPU cooler for 17 2600k

I am looking for a cooler for my CPU. I originally was going to with H100 water cooling but I think a old heatsink and fan would be much simpler. I am putting it in a CM storm Trooper case and a ASUS P8Z68 pro/gen3 mobo. I have been looking at the NH-D14. What you guys think?
