CPU cooler/Fan recommendation

OK, I have this case:

What's a good cooler for my e8400, given the large heatsync right next to the cpu? Also, it looks like I have about 5-6 inches headroom for 'tallness' of the cooler.

I want to get this ximatek:

but I think it'll be too tall. Another thought is this Arctic cooling freezer 7 pro:

but I think it may be too 'wide' and hit the NB heatsync.

Anyone have this combo, or similar, and can suggest a cooler? Or, would one of the above 2 fit and I'm just not seeing it clearly enough.
