CPU Athlon.............locked?

I think my CPU is locked!!!!! I tried to use the 133FSB on my Athlon 1.2 but everytime it just gives a black screen.........not even the video card name will not show up on first boot...........

ABIT KT7A-RAID
Athlon 1.2 GZ
Maxtor 40GB ATA100 - Win98SE - FAT32
Maxtor 20GB ATA66 - Win2000 Pro NTFS
Sounblaster Live
Plextor 12x10x32
52x Creative CD-rom
384 PC133 Micron
etc........

any ideas? ...........could it be power supply? help

From what I've READ (in other words, not EXPERIENCED), it seems that the current 1.2GHz T-birds are UNLOCKED...

So...have you reduced the multiplier, or are you saying you don't even get into the BIOS?

Any official word on AMD regarding why they unlocked some the current 1.2Ghz Thunderbirds? No, I'm not complaining.
