CPU at 51C at load

Is this too high? I am using a panaflo(24 cfm) on the pal8045. I want a quiet system. Are there any better fans?

Mobo = Soltek 75-SLDRV2
CPU = Athlon XP 1900+
System temp is 55C idle (area between memory, processor, and videocard)

System temp isnt' CPU Temp... there should be antoher temp sensor on your MB, one that reads lower than the CPU temp...

What is that reading?
