CPU and VGA coolers???

I just bought a A64 3000+ Venice and might OC it some but was wondering what is a good cooler for the cpu? I'd like to find something that is good quality, and works well vs. cost (lifespan).

I also am looking to buy a 6600GT (OC) and don't really want to OC it but just have it run cool all the time. (I play UT2k4, Medal of Honor, World of warcraft)

Thanks, please provide links to the coolers....

Thermalright XP-90 or Xp-120 if no clearance issue, these heatsinks allow you to run 92mm or 120mm fans at low speed (less noise)

ask yourself why you wanna OC. Test some of your games/applications before you do. No sense in OCing for word or watching AVIs right?

I recommend the xp-90. It is pretty cheap (under $30 at jab-tech) will cool almost as good as the more expensive xp-120 and won't have the clearance issues. Just add a decent fan (the panaflo L1A is a great choice) and you are set.

If you are not Ocing your GPU, I see no reason to get a vga cooler except for noise, but whatever. Look for the Zalman vf700. It is almost silent and cools very well. I am using it on my eVGA 6600gt AGP.

Why did you go with a BFG card if you didn't want to take advantage of the lifetime warranty?

IMO, there's no reason to upgrade the HSF on your 6600GT
