CPU and network usage for the desktop

Something like that, but I want the network usage in bytes rather than bits. I also want it to pull the stats from my router rather than my network card, if that's possible. The above is a rainmeter skin I'm using.
 
I've never used rainmeter, but most of the programs like that (such as sysmetrix) let you adjust what metric the usage are in, so you should be able to change it to bytes.

As for pulling from the router, I'm not sure how you'd do that.
