Speed Fan is a good one. It is freely available, just google it or look for it on Tucows.

Also Mother Board Monitor or MBM 5 is a good one.
 
I use Speedfan also, I love it. Monitors HDD temps too! MBM5 wouldn't work with my motherboard.
