CPU and Case temp

Hey guys, I have a CoolerMaster Case and am currenty running a P4 2.8 GHz HT processor along with 512 stick of PC3200 ram, all with 9 fans running in my system (2 for the PSU, 4 80mm for intake, and three 120mm for exhaust. My question is that would it be fine if my case temp idles around 13 degrees celsius and my CPU idles at 20 degrees celsius and 23 at load? I am afraid my system will literally freeze!!!!

20 degrees celsius is a long ways off from freezing (68 f). Nothing to worry about...
