CPU and 800mhz FSB

I think I might have gotten ahead of myself without thinking. But I need some help. I purchased the Asus P4C800 board and Corsair xmz3200 400 ram. The ram should work fine. But my CPU is a P4 2.4 400mhz. Is there anything special I need to do. I mean I know I will need to get a better CPU eventually to get the best performance out of it, to right now will this setup work fine. Thanks

ur not getting ahead of urself meaning that ur screwed, ur just preparing for the future 😉 (albeit a bit unknowingly but whatever lol)
 
Yeah thats it, No thought I was getting ahead of myself because I bought the board and ram, then thought the processor wouldn't work.
