There these 2 options in the bios. Does it have anything that do with AGP lock? I oc'ed my FSB from 166-200 and getting some instability from my video card. I clock iit back down to 166, now everything is fine.

If i can't lock AGP, I can use raise the multiplier without affecting anything else in the system?

Spread Spectrum is a frequency shifting attribute that has to do with your memory. It shifts the frequency of the signals to help decrease EMI. It has been known to cause problems when you try to OC a system, but I don't think it would cause any problems with the Video signal. As for the AGP lock, it has nothing to do with that.

What kind of voltage are you throwing at it? I mean are you feading the beast from a good PS or a generic unit with only 12Amps on the 12v rail...
