This is my duron 600 not overclock at 1.3v. It used to do 1017mhz untill I cracked it 
I have a Alpha pal 6035, with the y-tech fan running at 7 or 9 volts something like that. I'm using the red and the yellow wire together.
What i'm surrprised is that it's 100% stable at 1.3v. But I don't see any temp difference bettween 1.5 and 1.3.
