I was curious if any of you Cox users in Arizona are having packet loss issues? Because I am unfortunately. I'm hoping it will be resolved soon because gaming is sometimes not even possible. Here are a couple screenshots of what I'm experiencing:

Screenshot 1
Screenshot 2

The packet loss only happens on hop 4 (72.214.144.69). I really should call Cox and see if they can give me some kind of idea on what happen/is happening. From looking up the IP on Google if seems that I am not the only one having issues. (LINK)

Just curious if any of you Cox HSI owners have experienced the same issues I'm having. Gaming is no longer fun. :(

my in laws in scottsdale were told there was no ready fix nor an estimated fix date for the issue. they cant get to most websites, like myspace and yahoo still. been a week. in mesa, i was told there were a few backbone routers were wasted and being repaired. took them 2 days before my service came back in full. that was last wednesday.

They could just be doing a ton of upgrades and you're experiencing the pains of that. But calling cox is the best bet.

I have Cox Business Cable Modem in a residential neighborhood in the Phoenix area. I was having lots of packet loss a couple of weeks ago, but things have been OK lately. As you may know, Cox has been upgrading Phoenix to optical fiber over the past year or so, which could be causing issues.
