COX HD

I have it and I would say it looks pretty damn good. I haven't really gotten a chance to check out any other HD providers to compare it with though.
 
I've seen it, it looks pretty great on an enormous television. It sucks to watch standard shows on an enormous TV because they look horrible 😛
 
cox in my area does not recompress hd at all. Last weekend though the local AVS Forum usergroup had a directv vs cox comparison and cox did look a bit better in the HD dept (watched the 2 football games on directv's brand new mpeg4 setup). What was scary though is how much better analog cable is than directv SD programming. It wasnt even close (I wish I had taken some screenshots, but most people rag on "analog" cable for being crap which when i compared i was suprised its actually the opposite)
