No pentagrams or demons are needed. Just snack exclusively on Devil Dogs, or other Devil's Food cake, put up a flyer for the New Jersey Devils game, and keep some handy Red Devil lighter fluid nearby. Spill something, and offer to get your Dirt Devil and sweep it up. 🙂

I'm in the same boat as you. I have no use for religion myself, and whole-heartily support other people's belief systems, until they intrude on mine. I live in Indiana, and we can't buy booze (other than in resturants) on Sundays... WTF? Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky border city's economies love it.... Grrr... I seriously want to start a lawsuit saying that my religion requires me to buy and consume beer in my home city on Sundays... 😉
 
Well she just left for the day. Sent an email out to the whole floor saying that she was persecuted today, and she needs to go spend time with jesus. She walked around in her cube praying and speaking in "tongues". Then she started chanting you are not welcome here, get out, get out, get out. I get called in to my boss's office and he asks me if knew anything about what happened. I said, I knew about what happened, and that it is outright lunacy the way she is acting, and that she needs professional help. He then told me as I was walking out his office, 'Please don't stir her up anymore."

So, now I need to plan phase 2 for when she comes back tomorrow. Yes, I probably will get eventually "released" from my contract early, but considering they are outsourcing my job, I do not really care.

If you can't listen to 'offensive music' then clearly and repeatedly state that christian music (which she of course listens to) is offensive to you, and why you can't practice your faith even though she can.

I agree, except I do not have a "faith". I do not worship the "dark lord" or ol "grey beard of doom" in the sky. It just boils down to the mentality of the person I have to work with. Typical fanatical religious nut. They believe that only their belief system is correct, and they are placed on earth to convert/brainwash everyone else to believe what they believe. I am a tolerent guy, I feel if you want to believe in god, buddha, mohhamad, the flying spaghetti monster, or that you might one day have a chance with Jessica Alba, than by all means believe that, but understand that it is your opinion on whats right and do not shove it down anothers throat. Also, stop acting so damn condescending to others ya know? Either way, how shall I say this, satan and my goals have become temporarily aligned, as long as I might last here that is ;-)
 
Hey, I work at one of the top 5 banks in the nation (I think we're #1, actually) and I can't even listen to music.

Edit: Kudos on the good work. Make sure you explain to your boss that your music can only be heard within your cubicle. Therefor she had to stick her nose in to even hear it...

Sounds like she can't perform her job duties because of preexisting emotional/mental probems. Maybe your boss should address that.

But seriously, this is all a joke, right?

Complain about harrassment. Persistant attempts to press their religious vews on you constitute harrassment. I think that you actually have a case for harrassment and could, if they do nothing, legitimately file a complaint with the Dept. of Labor.
