Saw this at their website and on slickdeals today, if you don't mind used:

Free shipping, plus sales tax will put it in the mid-$80 range. I'm guessing it's the same tablet that BB had on Black Friday. If you want to mess around with a win8 (full not RT) tablet, it won't set you back too much.

I can't figure out whether or not this has an SD card slot (mini, micro, or otherwise). The specs don't mention one, unless I'm blind. Anyone else have an idea?

This sounds almost exactly like my Winbook. Although not "retina", the IPS display is very good - no complaints at all, and battery life is decent - not as good as my iPad, but better than my Nook HD+ and other Android tablets I've had. Mine has an SD slot, and one of the reviews mentions an SD slot, so I think it has one. I paid $149 for my Winbook (open box), and I thought that was a steal. Having full windows is really cool. Don't expect a perfect experience, there are a lot of quirks with a windows tablet, but overall I like it better than my iPad. I would have sold my iPad, but the rest of the family protested... At this price, I highly recommend.

It's a 10" tablets with 32GB of storage. Windows 8.1 (with Bing), after all updates, takes up about 5 GB, so you have a fair amount of space even before needing an SD card. Windows 8.1 on my desktop takes up a lot more space, but it seems like this version is a bit smaller.

I have a Winbook as well, and the specs look similar. so I concur with kmmatney. But here's a listing on Best Buy's website for what appears to be the same tablet as the cowboom listing, which lists battery life at around 4 hours (under specifications tab), and says it's expandable with a microsd card (under overview tab).
