Yes it is easy and painless and may save you from a horrible death but you’re an American so you won’t do it.

What’s funny is you realize you’re being childish and don’t care. Why not just be an adult? Why not be a grownup?

Just be an adult. Maybe you don’t want a shot but it’s not a big deal. I feel like we are all dealing with children here.

My 9 year old was asking for days when he could get his shot. Finally got it scheduled he walked in, rolled up his sleeve, didn't flinch and thanked the vaccine administrator. He has his second dose tonight. This is worse than dealing with kids.

I actually agreed to follow those rules, the day I applied and received my driver license. So no i will not violate those rules as i risk getting ticket/arrested. Do you propose similar penalty happen against those that refuse to get vaccinated/booster?
So you can pick health and safety rules to ignore or not? What gives you that privilege exactly?

You are treating public health as a privilege.

Will you open a business and pollute the land around you because public health rules are inconvenient to you? Open a good business and serve tainted or poorly treated foods?

What other safety measures are too inconvenient to your freedom?

You do realise that a pre-print is no different from something someone just fucking made up on the spot, right? It is not a properly conducted study or it would be a PUBLISHED study and after THAT it will get peer reviewed. I mean that succubus doctor could write a pre-print on how it's demonic possession and it'd be on there.
In fairness, peer review is nothing magical for a paper. Lots of shit makes it through peer review to be published. Preprints can be perfectly valid results, but the key is to understand the limitations of preprints and know that they haven't gone through a formal peer review process. Preprints can be a way to disseminate early information that is true and valid and get an informal form of peer review to bolster the paper before formal publication. But you're right in that it is also a tactic charlatans use to launder bullshit to unsuspecting rubes that think that they can out-science someone by cherry picking papers that fit their narrative.

I don't agree - the people who are dying every day are overwhelmingly the unvaccinated. Personally I have very little care for them because they have an entirely free way to protect themselves and deliberately choose not to. I don't believe responsible people should be burdened with restrictions that exist purely because of the irresponsibility of others.

I think the best way out of this is a vaccination mandate for everyone, but absent that an NYC situation where you have to be vaccinated to enter most public places is a good substitute.
The entire health care system and all those people are getting hammered, do you care about them?
Medical professionals are quitting all over, and their mental health is no concern to you?
That's how you read, FYGM.

What's funny is, by percentages blacks are less vaccinated than whites. By percentages blacks vote Democrat more than Republican. By the dems playbook, you're racists for saying they need to be punished for it.

In all seriousness, this will never happen. Look at the national causes of death. By FAR, it's mostly related to being fatties. Calling them out though is a no no now days. Because facts don't matter to them.

Yes i can pick and chose which health and safety i will follow. Being free American is all the privilege that i need to ignore something I don't like.

There was a school board meeting here the other day where the high school kids were absolutely embarrassed by hooligan parents who were fighting a vaccine mandate here. The kids wanted to be vaccinated and thought it was ridiculous that any parent would want otherwise and go to a school board meeting and be an ass. It's just sad.

What's more funny is how Trumptards hate white liberals as race traitors but now want to hide amongst them in this one stat so they can shift all the blame on to black people.

No, that’s how the anti-vaxxers read. They are the ones using up health care resources, not me.

If anything my view helps health care workers as I want to force anti-vaxxers to get vaccinated. Did you think this through?

Yes I think it through. Quit whining and put on a mask and support them. They don't know if you are anti vax or just selfish when they see you on the street, they just know you are no longer helping.

Wearing masks outdoors is stupid and pointless so no thanks, haha.

Also, I don’t care what people think when they see me on the street. I have acted responsibly to protect myself and now it is extremely unlikely I will utilize any health care resources for COVID reasons. Every person close to me is similarly triple vaccinated and any bar or restaurant I frequent mandates that all others present must be vaccinated.

I am part of the solution.

This is the situation in Michigan, and it's all Republicans faults Covid-19 patients at this hospital are dying 'at a rate we've never seen die before' -- and it's taking a toll on health care workers

Not only are the unvaccinated tanning up hospital resources from others that need critical care, in many hospitals elective surgeries are cancelled. Elective is kind of misleading, because in many cases it really improves quality of life. People that have a later stage of the disease I have, achalasia, it will finally allow them to eat food again without throwing it up. That's, ummm, kind of a big deal. That's not elective plastic surgery, this is a massive quality of life issue and they are blocked by COVID patients.

I read of Kevin McCarthy blaming Biden for COVID not being over. They are all giant scumbags. What are they saying up there?

Not sure if it’s in that link but I heard this morning that 1 in 10 covid cases in the country are in Michigan.

You need to stop calling people names like a 15 year old, and I'm certainly not spreading disinformation. YOU need to learn some manners.
People that spread bullshit as you do, need to be addressed as a 15-year-old would be... for we don't want to use words beyond their vocabulary.

Trump speaks at a 4th grade level, which explains why his followers think he is a fucking genius. i.e. know your audience, such people won't bother to look up a word they don't understand.

My favorite part was him arguing in favor of natural immunity because you could get a natural ‘booster’ by getting COVID again, haha.
