You do not want the current Supreme Court to rule on all the NASA data collection and spying. Roberts is the one that hand picked the judges on the secret court so he, Scalia, and Thomas are in the bag as legal before it even gets to the courts.

We will see how the supreme court decides. Last time they only had 4 judges willing to agree to this.

Now if we can get a ruling that you can't search my cellphone with Stingray when I walk by you, we'll have another step in the right direction.
