court is hearing case in Canada regarding downloads

The body that controls music copyrights is going after ISPs here to get names of people who subscribe to music services like Kazaa.It will be interesting to see if they win or not.
If they lose it could set a precedent(i think thats the word)

Canada is quite liberal, I think this could work out well.
