I have been waiting and waiting for Staples to send me a coupon card or a catalog with a coupon code on it for a while and have not recieved anything for a long time.

Someone told me there were all kinds of coupons for Staples on ebay so I checked it out, but are these legit?

Where do they come from?

One seller has someting like 30 of them. Are these employees of staples who are snagging the codes ahead of time?
 
Usually it's just coupons that people get in their email..they just make accounts with the store with a bunch of different emails and then sell the coupons they receive.

I could be wrong though?
