Couples Games (co-op)

Many have asked (myself included) what games are good for the wife to play, usually because we love games and the wives are bored... LOL!

She asked me last night if I knew of any games that we could play through together, co-op... I've set up the computers side by side so we can play together, just trying to figure out what games to play. Strategy & Adventure mostly, since pretty much all multi-player FPS can be played co-op...

So far I have:

Diablo II
World of Warcraft
Terraria

And then...?

The gf and I play LoL (league of legends) though it took her a while to get into it. It's fun to queue up together and play against teams but sometimes it'll cause you guys to rage at each other 😀

SWTOR (our current co-gaming obsession. Sith Juggernaut and Mercenary Bodyguard are a killer duo)
Trine 2
Saints Row: The Third (Some dont like the violence and/or humor...my wife didn't)
Borderlands (Yeh it's fps, but needs to be in this list)
Dead Island

My wife likes to play games on her ipad. We used to play a lot of old school nintendo stuff on emulators. But she just cant seem to get into anything on the pc. She also doesnt find family guy humorous. I made her watch spinal tap once and she honestly did not enjoy it. In my opinion she just doesnt like to be entertained, but if she did i'd bet on borderlands and wow for co op.

Might sound cliché but Left 4 Dead is fun in co-operation, not necessarily on-line, just playing the campaign with your wife and two other A.I. would do it, it's fun... well I guess it'd be. If not, surely Portal 2 would be a good choice, very linear and short, but a superbly well-crafted and funny game overall, worth it.

Diablo II was my first choice, but you already have it.
Diablo I - the original
Titan quest
Borderlands
Left 4 Dead
Left 4 Dead 2
Serious Sam

Trine 1, Trine 2.

The nice thing about Trine is that you can do local co-op on one computer, so you only need to buy the game once.

+1 zenoth, but hiding portal inside other text and not as its own line in bold is a sin 😛

PORTAL
Global Agenda
Dungeon Defenders
Magicka

Just kiddin! LOL

Anyway, we're playing WoW together now, and she said she'd give DiabloII a try as well 🙂

Looking forward to that!!!!
