Couple ???'s about HL2

Is there a way to brighten the crosshair and also lower the sound effects sounds and set it so when ppl talk its louder? I am having to turn my speakers way up to hear ppl and the sound effects sound twice as loud.

You can't seem to adjust the crosshair at all except size. Check audio settings for sound, that's all there is. Buy voices, do you mean when people use the voices in the game? Or with their real voice?

just when I communicate with someone in the game the sound is low and I can barely hear them.

I've never used the in-game voice comm, didn't know anyone did.

I think that Sniper is referring to the cutscene voices (single-player campaign), not real-time communication.

yeah cutscene is what I meant sorry for the confusion.

I sort of had problems with the voices too. I just turned on the captions so I could read whatever the characters said.
