I've been reading a lot about PSUs here so I figured I should upgrade from my generic one. I am looking at the Forton Blue Storm 500W - here's a reference link: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=17-104-934&depa=0
I am confused on a couple things. I have an AMD64 3400+ on an Asus K8N with a 6800GT vid card (no overclocking) and I know that I need a decent 12V line with at least 18A. This lists +12V1 @ 15A and a +12V2 @ 15A. Is that alright? Should I just see that as one 30A?
Also it has a 24 pin motherboard power connector, I should be alright with 24->20 adaptor that comes with it?
Thanks so much.
