Somehow I changed the appearance under My computer. How do I change it back so that the drives are divided into HD partitions and removable drives? I dont know how to go back to that.....

The other question is on the normal XP start menu, how do you add programs to the menu that are always there? They have the 6 most recently used programs, but I want to replace them with photoshop, illustrator, flash etc. Is there a hack or some way to do this?

For the first part: Open My Computer->View->Arrange By (ot Icons, whichever)->Type You also need to select "Show in groups" or somethig to that effect (I am sitting @ a Windows 2000 machine at work, so trying to remember)

For the second part: Right click on the application (ie Flash) that you want on the menu and click "Pin to Start Menu" This will put the application right under your browser and email icons on the Start Menu. You will still have the six "most recent" entries under your "pinned" items.

It didnt work....

How do I get rid of the file folders in my computer? I dont want my documents to show up in my computer either...
