Couple of questions before I build a new PC

I'll keep it short and sweet:

When laying the motherboard out on a piece of cardboard and testing it, should i power it on FIRST with:

-processor, then
-memory, then
-video card

or does it need all 3 simultaneously to be powered up?

don't think you need all of them, but if you don't have the vid card you won't see the post screen.

The board will usually power on without any of the three, but there isn't much point in that unless you're trying to determine if the board is completely DOA 🙂
