COuple of questions analysing the possible upgrade from S3 to S4

I use my phone everyday to navigate, and sometimes (actually alot of times) it just seems to crap outs. I Shut down and reboot. Will the move to LTE help?
Does it even matter? What about the GPS? Will a new TMO S4 have better hardware for navigation?

If so, I will upgrade. What is the best way - sell phone on Craigs?
