I'm having a couple of pc problems, since I got my new mobo and processor installed. My pc restarts every couple of days and also I have to press f1 to boot into the os every time now and it won't auto boot into it. Are there any ways to resolve these problems?
 
Check the new mobo and processor are fully compatible with your RAM, there's no USB devices plugged in at startup, BIOS correctly auto-detects everything (esp. processor settings).

Did you do a clean install of Windows, etc, after the new mobo/cpu?

"I have to press f1 to boot into the os every time" - At what point does it ask you to press F1? Does it give any other options?
 
the bios is telling you that it needs adjusting and if you go into bios and then save and reboot it should fix the prob with f1 while you are in there make sure that everything is set correctly.good luck
