Can't you withdraw from your CC or bank account? Canadians can finally withdraw from their bank accounts but Pay Pal used Royal Bank instead of TD Canada Trust

I did add more money to my account, but it takes days for it to be completed (hence, the 3 more days I said in the original post).

I think you can just send money, and it'll send whatever you have in your paypal, then automatically deduct the rest from your bank account.
