Country restrictions for content

Someone I know is residing in the Bahamas and Mexico for several months. Apparently, they are unable to watch their fav cable and TV programs online due to the country restriction? Don't know the service they are using, whether its Hulu or NetFlix or what but I could ask if needed.

They asked me about how to circumvent this and I told them I'd ask but have no idea, myself. Is there some sort of IP spoofing or modding utility they could use? TIA!

Probably the way to go. I know for a fact Netflix doesn't work there. Don't know for sure about Hulu.
