it also means that the dollar is so cheap that investors are investing/buying in US assets instead of betting on their own country's currency.

Geez look at the African Countries....

Europe and Asia are atleast split between positive and negative

but Africa is getting royally screwed over - and I'm not counting North Africa because North Africa is a totally different world in almost every regard than anything below the Sahara.
The funny thing is they have plenty of natural resources!
