The Tigris and Euphrates were already overflowing with the hundreds of thousands that Saddam has already killed. I'm amazed there is room for a few thousand more

A bit of an exaggeration there, Nitemare (how appropo).

Even the "best" US intelligence (if you can use best and US intelligence in the same sentence after Bush destroyed their credibility) puts the figure at more like 10,000 deaths due to Saddam. That's over 20 or so odd years. The US is at a pace to pass him in 3 to 4 years. Let's see.......Saddam 500/yr........USA (so far for 2003) 3,240/yr.

What can I say Saddam buried them deep, 300,000 Iraqi's are still missing..

Are you telling me that Saddam has only had 10,000 people killed over the last 20 years??? lay down the crackpipe please

Even a very liberal organization(Amnest International) puts the number at 17000. The mass grave near Mahawil could have as many as 15,000. they had already dug up 3k by May 14...

I was living (as I have been all my life) in the USA......the country that supported, armed, and put Saddam in power.

I was living (as I have been all my life) in the USA......the country that supported, armed, and put Saddam in power.
