That is true. Obama has had more than one time where he has interjected himself into the affairs of white police officers doing their job, he has not signed legislation about it..so Bush's was definately worse.

Yes, presidents involve themselves all the time in things they have no business being involved in with the "bully pulpit" they have as a highly visible elected official... but Bush, thanks to his allies in congress, signed federal legislation that addresses the life of one person... which is a gross violation of Federalism.
