A lot of people in my clan get yelled at for cheating. People are just whiny when they get their butt wipped. Just stay on if they dont kick you and tell the admin to scan your harddrive for cheats.

i suxx0r at sniping. i'm the kamekazi guy that rushes with an mp5 and sometimes walks away with a few scalps.

but more often than not i just get 1 guy and get the crap kicked out of me. and i woulnd't just give _anyone_ acess to my system like that to "scan" my drive.

Hl Guard should do that. Just find servers that run anti cheat programs and play there. Then no one can say anything cause you would get booted if you were running cheats. I hate getting accused like that. I just tell them ok one on one and watch me play see if i look like im cheating!

first; hl guard is pretty standard on every server; despite this i still get the ban.

hl guard works by the server running commands through the hl console of the client system. if it picks up something funny like certain variables being used. it doesn't actually scan your computer.

alas; i suppose it ends up that the people i play with are better than the average joe and when i play on pubs i get knocked on. i'm just trying to practice here! i'm using an mp5 for crying out loud; god forbid i also use a d.eagle/pump shotty on occasion.

i suppose there really isn't any way for them to be _absolutely_ sure that i'm not cheating minus watching me play in person. even then i've gotten ragged on at internet cafe's untill i speak up and say "watch me play" to the room. and even then the doubts linger. i wish there was a better way to find cheaters so that people like me would be allowed to play in peace.

The AWP is one of the reasons I don't play CS much anymore. It's practically a "legal" cheat...anyone can sit in the corner of a level and one-shot-one-kill people a million times in a row until he is forced to just find another spot in the level...but then all it does it take the fun out of the game because you're playing "Kill/Dodge the Fvcker With the AWP" instead of "Bomb the Site" or "Rescue the Hostage."
