CounterStrike vs Tac OPS....better Mod??

I have always been a longtime fan of the CounterStrike Mod but now I started playing the UT mod Tac Ops and find it just as good if not better than CS...but my experience with CS stems from beta 6.5...I haven't played the full 1.0. Also I see a few other mods for UT called Infiltration and Strike Force....I'm curious how everyone feels about them all and which one reigns KING in your eyes??

btw I know that CS is Half Life and all the others are UT mods...I know this.

Please share your thoughts on your favorite and why...if possible
