Counterstrike Ping --HELP--

[Cipherfaction]

Hi, i had rogers hi-speed before and my cs ping was fine running smooth but then i just switched to bell sympatico hi-speed everything runs great , warcraft,surfing net,msn but my cs ping goes WAY up stays in like 100s please help me somebody!!!

3.0 Ghz P4
GMA 900
160 GB hardrive
512 Ram

I Have Sympatico High speed as well and it sucks with CS:S go back to cable thats what I'm doing in a few weeks.

Yeah, go back to rogers. I get like 20 ping with rogers in toronto servers and i'm in ottawa. Plus you can get a bundle with cable tv and phone.
