CounterStrike crashes after "quit".

Hi, installed CounterStrike (standalone) again.

in console, if i type "quit" or "exit" i can directly jump back to windows. but then an error msg will be popup for sure..

DHelp or Cstrike.exe illegal operation, must close.

what can i do to avoid that... also, i can only play one round of CS... if the map changes, Cstrike.exe will be crashed and kicked back to windows.

need to reboot to reload CS..

if i want to play i reboot. BUT the cd key will be in used. don't know if it didn't clear my place when i was playing. I can't login again using my cdkey

can anyone hints me.?
