Counter Strike

The characters are only rounded if you have an ATI card or any card that supports TruForm.
However valve's implementation so far has been rather poor honestly compared to other games like Serious Sam in terms of stability.

I think the command is ati_npatch in the console, but I cant really remember - dont have an ATI card to play around with.

Nope, only guns are rounded. Really really "puffy" looking for certain guns (colt handle... lol... loooks like a elongated balloon).
