Counter-Strike

It's not as bad as it used to be that's for sure.... the built in anti cheat has done a fairly good job catching cheats.. but you know those pesky cheaters.. always finding ways around them eventually.

You could always play on Cheating Death enabled servers.. there's maybe.. 1 public cheat available for that anti cheat.. while for Valve's anti cheat.. there could be around 10
 
Agreed, its a lot more controlled than it used to be, but my recommendation has always been to find a server you like that has Admins around fairly often. As long as their aren't abusive, they are usually good at keeping cheaters at bay...

If you can find the Steam client, I highly recommend 🙂
 
It's not nearly as bad as it used to be - and it's much easier to take care of those who are. I don't see much cheating on the servers I play on. It's fun to slap cheaters for 0 damage, have them slip off the edge of the building to their deaths. 😀
 
hehe, my friend always gets accused of cheating, cuz we run 2 computers, and when one dies, he floats around, and tells the other where everyone is at, so he knows when the guys come around the corner, its not cheating, just outsmarting the competition!! but hes pretty damn good ne ways.

Yeah cheating is still bad. I just finished playing a league match 4 hours ago and lost 20 to 4. We learned a couple hours later that some members of the opposite team were cheating and that 3 out of 5 of their players didn't have the correct WonID... Instead of giving us a victory, the league decided to cancel the match... What a bunch of ftards... :|

Every once in awhile you'll run across an obvious cheater. With nasty AIM hacks and Wall hacks, usually they turn their cheats on when they know an admin is not available. So I tend to play on servers where there are a lot of admins present, they won't cheat if they know they'll get caught.
 
I don't see much cheating, if any anymore. I don't play much unfortunately...but when I do, cheating is rare. Accusations of cheating are common though. Can't say I've ever been accused of it though. In my case, practice doesn't make perfect. Practice is irrelevant in this case.🙁 But hey, I'm usually not the worst player on the server. I am useful, as a decoy or bullet absorber.
 
Yeah, I'd say people accusing others of cheating is 100 times more common than actually finding cheaters. Hell, I get accused of cheating regularly by people who don't know me, and I'm not even that good, I just get lucky sometimes.
 
i have been playing it since i started this post and it seems a lot of the servers i go to are a lot friendlier than before. cheating seems less also.
