Counter-Strike Source .wavs

This is probably the wrong site to ask something like this, but I'm going to give it a shot. Does anyone know where I can get the program to play .wavs in game over the microphone? There is a song that I want to be able to play while playing.

Well it isn't a particular song that I want. I want to know what I need in order to do it first. I believe there is a program that does it, but I can't remember (I looked into it a long time ago).

Can't find anything there and they have some weird waiting period before posting. I was told that Winamp would work using hotkeys. Tried that, but I can't use the hotkeys in game because the actual program is not highlighted. I have JetAudio which is a good music player, but I have the same problem of not being able to use hotkeys while in the game.
