Counter-Strike Source only allows me to select max 4x AA

I'm running an OC'd eVGA 7600GT KO with 84.21 drivers. In CSS, I can only pick up to 4x MSAA, not 8x or even 16x like some of my friends can with their nVidia cards. Is this because I'm using an older video driver? I've stuck with it for over a year now because it's been so stable.

If it is indeed caused by my drivers, can anyone recommend a stable 9x.xx driver for my card?

I'm pretty sure 16x AA is a feature of the card, not the drivers. (It's also CSAA only in CSS for me)
